Cherry Canopy

Viewed from below, several thin branches of a Japanese cherry tree (Prunus serrulata) are filled with dense clusters of pink blossoms. The flowers dominate the frame, with only a small patch of pale blue sky visible between the branches. The image captures the abundance and delicacy of the tree in full bloom.
